Site Manager

As a Site Manager who loves the day to day building of houses, it’s becoming more and more difficult to find a business who are not giving you unrealistic targets which then leads to failing quality. They're looking for an experienced Site Manager who has experience in tradtional build apartment blocks and timber frame housing with the site in question in Salford, a large site consisting of both elements and coming to the crunch part of its build - it is expected to ramp up to a very fast pace in the New Year with a competion date of summer.  Ideally, you will have run said sites from start to finish and have experience working with a Assistant Site Managers.  

They build houses for local associations, old clients who’re coming back because of the quality and relationship they’re fostering and new clients who’re coming to them via word of mouth, and they’re happy to speak to both contractor and open market Site Managers as long as you’ve got the skills and right ethos to join this family firm.
