For this job, a lightweight steelframe apartment job in Bury, I’ll take the first two..... but if wearing the undies on the outside of your pants is a deal-breaker......well, let’s just talk that through over on the phone shall we?
This job is set and ready to go, a 35 unit apartment block which will be built with lightweight steel frame (you must have lightweight/steel frame apartment build experience) which forms part of a larger site totalling 132 units. These units will be for private rental but in conjunction with a housing association and you'll be joining an existing team who've been on site a year. This phase is now coming out of the ground with the steel expected in 10 weeks and will incorporate commercial units (but not the fit out) with the expected duration around a year.

Summary:
Site Manager required for a steel frame apartment block in Bury.
Required manager will have apartment build, LWSF and NVQ Level 6 as a minimum.
