A Site Manager is required in Welshpool for a business that has a trusted and award-winning name in the industry, one who offers a non-PLC approach, an easy chain of command, an experienced team to guide you and another Site Manager to complete a 12.2million pound extra care scheme in the area - and they will offer an excellent salary plus package and a quick start for the right person.

With a big focus on quality of build and a high specification of build, although this is a fixed term role for the duration of the 18-month project (of which I will explain why if we take your application to the next stage), you’ll be joining an established team with a secured sub-contractor team for the duration of the project which is set to complete in December 2023.

The company in question specialise in new build residential in partnership with local housing associations and registered providers so you’ll be helping to cost and build a brand new Extra Care scheme of which local residents will be given first choice
