A Project Manager is required for a fixed-term permanent contract in Wallasey to assist a current Site Manager to complete a 55-unit Extra Care Home scheme in the area.

Expected to last until March/April 2022, this business have a trusted and award-winning name in the industry, offer a non-PLC approach with an easy chain of command on top of an excellent package and start for the right person.


With a big focus on quality and a high specification of build, although this is a fixed term role for the duration until completion (of which I will explain why if we take your application to the next stage), it is still one of the flagship projects for their Contractor business and you’ll be joining an established team with a secured sub-contractor team for the duration.


The company in question specialise in new build residential in partnership with local housing associations and registered providers so you’ll be helping to cost and build a brand new Extra Care scheme of which local residents will be given first choice.


The business has an excellent reputation throughout the North West with a low turnover of staff compared to other large contractors - and that is for a reason – and if you think you’d like to be a part of all the above and more they are interviewing with immediate effect.

Summary:

• Project Manager required for an 9-month completion project in Wallasey.

• Ideally, they are looking for someone with minimum 2 years’ experience + in contracting/residential Project Management.

• A construction degree, HNC/HND or BTEC would also be looked upon fondly.

• Excellent salary, package, prospects and working conditions available.
