Always up and around the Top 5 regions out of around 20 UK wide, their aim is to be the top performing region in the UK and they’ve been busy bolstering their teams to get back up to where they have been before. He says these two appointments, the Engineering Manager and Engineer, will be fundamental to their and your ambitions.
Opportunity. A great time to come into the business for both the Engineer and especially for the Engineering Manager. For that person, this is a brand-new appointment, and you will really be able to make the position your own running a team of 8 covering all the 20 sites in and around the Greater Manchester area. The Tech Director is looking for someone hungry with a good work ethic, a real strong personality whose visibility can push the teams on, not just within the technical department but to work strongly with the site and land teams, too. It’s a great opportunity to be a very pivotal part of the business in a new role.
With a PLC package to back up the performance (which depends on experience), a bonus which is definitely being paid this year (bucking the trend of other housebuilders) and sites that win NHBC Pride in the Job Awards, this is a great time to get back into a big business that ‘has been nothing but supportive to me since I joined 5 years ago’.
