The sign of a good business is retention of their staff and that is the case with this 5* housebuilder who’re looking to add a Customer Care Technician / Multi-Skilled Operative to their ranks. The last time I placed a technician with them was way back in 2020 and I asked ‘is Paul still there?’ and they said ‘yes, he’s still here, doing really well’ – 5 years and still going strong, that can’t be bad!
You’ll join a family firm that still holds true to their family values and you’ll be based around sites in and around the Northwest but ideally located around the Wirral Cheshire and Wrexham areas for proximity to their head office. As is the case with these roles, variety is often the name of the game – one minute you could be busy in meetings with the Customer Care department and the next you might need to get your hands busy on a plot.
The other four Technicians in the business all have a multi-skilled background and painting, decorating, tiling, joinery and plumping skillsets are always welcomed. If you have have excellent customer service and organisational skills and are a dab hand using all different types of tools, you've already got a foot in the door.
The Construction Director told me that they’re looking to bring on 8 new sites in the next 12 months so there’s going to be plenty of work to get stuck into over the next few years.

The ideal candidate would be multi-skilled and from a strong painting/decorating and tiling/plumbing or joinery background and must have a valid CSCS card.
